Leanne Smith Evans

40 years, OMG! How did it go by so fast. Life has been up and down, but I’ve learned to roll with what life has given me. After Davis, I went to YVC for two years and later on finished my accounting degree from CWU. Married Ed Evans in 1975, moved to the Tri Cities, one son, Richard-born in 1980. Ed was a newscaster and in 1982 we moved to Atlanta where he was one of the original anchors for CNN Headline News. We stayed there a couple of years and moved back to Yakima/Seattle. He passed away in 1993. I have been blessed with some great jobs. I am an accountant and have worked mainly in the telecom industry. I have a house in Yakima, but work in the Seattle area. I stay in Seattle most of the time and get over to Yakima every 3 weeks or so. Looking forward to seeing everyone and having lots of fun.
