And from Diana Black!
After graduation, I hung around Yakima for a couple of years, and then moved to Seattle. When I turned 21, I moved to Las Vegas, and lived there through the 70’s. I moved to Alaska in the 80’s, and lived in Anchorage, Juneau and Big Lake (actually Burma Road, which is 13 miles outside of Big Lake), where I learned to love the outdoors. I really thought life was one big party, but after I had a child, I realized that I needed to settle down.
I moved to Seattle in 1987, and have lived here since.
I have a wonderful family and good friends. My mother still lives in the house I grew up in, so I spend a lot of time in Yakima.
I have worked for a non-profit organization for nearly 20 years, and the work, as well as the spiritual benefit, is very fulfilling. For entertainment, other than socializing with friends, I love to read and to play poker. I also enjoy volunteer work.
